A light and cheerful sparkling wine can boast exotic citrus and stone fruit aromas as well as floral notes (Bergamot, Chamomile) It also develops the Macabeo grapes, demure citrus and apple fruit aromas of Xarel.lo with yellow flowers alongside fresh nutty notes of Parellada. Enjoy this sparkling wine of great finesse and balance between sweetness and acidity and wash it down in your moments of happiness.

There are a few universal truths about how Macabeo tastes; the wines can be fresh, floral and aromatic when harvested early enough. Macabeo ages in stainless steel yet is heavy with a honey and nut flavour when it is aged in oak and harvested slightly later.

A light and fresh wine with a harmonious taste and its light-straw colour is created with the three traditional grape varieties. This bottle will pamper you with a rich bouquet of fruit flavours.  Scent wise it will remind you of both fruity and floral notes and fresh toasted bread. On the palate it is lively and pleasant. These sensations persist in creating a long finish.

This wine includes a combination of three principal grapes; Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. We produce our sparkling Cava wine in the key region of the Penedès.  This Mediterranean region has a wide range of climates and soil types. The best soil for good quality white grapes is the type with excellent drainage.

Shiraz is known for some of the darkest full-bodied red wines in the world. It has dark fruit flavours ranging from sweet blueberry to savoury black olive. We use Shiraz grapes from vineyards in Catalonia D.O. which are versatile and this wine really goes well with anything.
